OK, all matter that exist in the world as far as we know is the same amount as in the dawn of time. It just gets recycled and changes its molecular structure around. That is science. But the whole fact that you can even understand that you have an existance, Points toward a higher plan than any physical structure. Therfore , the only belief that has full merit is that , NO to reincarnation of the spirit. YES to recycling of the flesh.

yes I do believe in reincarnation.

Some religions believe in it and some don't. Personally I believe in it because I am one of those people that actually have past life memories. In my case just the memories of the last moments of my past life. I remember talking to my parents when I was about three years old about how I died in a car accident. I could describe the dashboard, the road conditions, the placement of my hands on the wheel, etc.
Plus I've had a reoccurring dream that I died in a head on collision. The dreams began quite young and eventually as I came to grips with and began to understand that these were memories, I was able to let go of them.

As for evidence, there is evidence all over the place on the internet.

Yes. You may read of past lives of people famous/ non famous. You may recognise yourself talking from sayings of these people. Who you are reading about, will be dead people, and you will be a reincarnated soul. It is a personal thing. Most people can recognise the soul from which they reincarnate although many learnt people conclude that it is harmful if you remember too much of a previous life.

There is also a very interesting site http://www.johnadams.net This guy Walter Semkiv, M.D. had some some research on many cases of past lives and wrote a book called "Return of the Revolutionaries" which I have read. It is fascinating to read and there were many stories of how people can to find out who they are in their past life and became shocked at how identical the looked like in their former life. It is a known fact that our Soul would retain very similiar facial features life after life. There are many examples on that website. Take a look!

I don't have any evidence, but I believe that each life has more meaning than one lifetime could allow. I believe that in order to get into Heaven, you have to live each stage of life - kind of like Dharma, Karma, and Christianity combined.

it rather is no longer an "the two or" question. incredibly some people who have faith in God even have faith in reincarnation. it rather is undemanding and achievable to have faith in the two. The bible even talks approximately reincarnation. you have greater study to do until now you establish precisely what it rather is which you have faith.
