I live in San Antonio,Texas. I have to go to court for child support for a review(after 3 years). Does it matter if he has another child? Does the child mother have to put him on child support to make a diifference? Does it make a difference if they are not married? Also do they pay more if they are married? Does the court see both of there income as one if they are married, if so would he have to pay more? Please help.

I know in CA if the man gets married then the mom can go for more child support. (I'm hoping this doesn't happen to me and my husband...we buy lots of stuff for his daughter and never ask the mom for anything) I don't know about TX though.
