Kittens grow up to be all different sizes. Sometimes they'll grow very quickly for a bit and then it will slow down. As long as your kitten is eating and drinking water and going to the bathroom normally, and seems playful and happy, I wouldn't worry too much.
If he his belly seems too big but he's skinny elsewhere, you should have the vet check him for worms. This could keep him from gaining weight like he should, but is easily fixed with dewormer medicine. If she needs this you should get it from the vet, though. Some of the over the counter stuff is too harsh for kittens and doesn't really work anyway.
For the first year, make sure you're feeding them both a good kitten food-- it's a bit more expensive, but it will help them grow up to be stronger and healthier. When they're about a year old you can switch them over to a food for adult cats.
You still should take it to the vet to keep it up to date on its vaccinations (there are a lot of nasty, expensive, and potentially fatal diseases cats can get that you can prevent with a relatively inexpensive vaccine) and make sure you get it fixed. If you take it in for a check up, your vet will weigh it and you can ask her/him how big you can expect it to get.

I have a cat that is 8 years old and is the size of a 5 month old kitten and only weighs about 8 lbs. I thought something was wrong with him but the vet said he was just small probably like his mother. I wouldn't worry if I were you.

Maybe he will be just a small cat. I got a kitten last october and she grew quite quickly. I recently got another kitten who is now about 11 weeks old but is smaller then the other one was.

It sounds like one of the kittens is hogging all of the food. Maybe you should try to separate them while they are eating so that they both can eat the same amount. Another possibility is maybe one of your kittens might have some type of intestinal worm. You may want to check with your vetinarian for another opinion.

They grow at different rates. Wait a few weeks for him to catch up. He just might be a small cat.
If he seems to be getting sick, take him to the vet. This is also a sign that he could be deformed inside. But that is very rare so don't worry.

This is about the time the adult K9s come in. Sometimes the baby canines do not immediately fall out this is called "retained canines. They will most likely fall out on their own but not always. When you take her to be spayed, if the retained teeth are still in place, the vet can remove them. This prevents over crowding and subsequent dental problems.

Are you sure the big one doesn't eat all the food? If they are fed properly, with all the necessary substances, they will be healthy. Size doesn't matter.
