A bigger barreled curling iron works really well. Just curl bigger sections of your hair at a time...and make sure to use hair spray! That'll get you the loose waves that you're seeing in hollywood today!

Use a bigger barreled curling iron. Curl 1.5 - 2 in chunks of hair at a time, spritz with freezing hair spray and then flip your head foward, spray again underneath and flip your head backwards, which will give it some extra body.

An "S-wave" curling iron is good, but that may be tighter waves than what you want.
