I detect some very subtle sarcasm (okay it's not very subtle).

I personally prefer the dung-throwing competition. We hurl our own feces at passing Christians.

kumbayah (AKA as religious fellowship)? atheists gather together for lots of reasons but none involve religion-oftentimes it is the desire to carry on intelligent conversations.

Sometimes it is just more fun to jerk their chain than to love them ignorant folks. If we could be Jesus we would, but alas, we be human. So, how about it atheist ? Do you wish to lose another rational verbal joust?

No, we don't need to gather to know what's best to the world.
