First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. The way that you have been taught to eat is responsible (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) for making obesity the #1 health problem in the world behind hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

You need to learn a whole new way to eat. Below site has that info. Find out the absolute quickest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight and how to lose bodyfat, retained water and a 3rd thing. Learn about anti-water which makes water unable to work. Take the time to learn everything on below site. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and be part of this pandemic.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if your trying to lose weight, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then your consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and log your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Do not try fad diets. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

Don't eat carbs, just protein. Exercise 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks. Drink lots of water.

Actually, you need to drink MORE water. water is the key. It cleans the liver, fixes skin problems, hydrates you, it does a crap-load of things and is so under rated. It melts off pounds, and fills you up so you won't eat as much during the next meal. drinking ice cold water actually burns calories because your body works hard trying to regulate your body temperature.

although some people tell you to not eat, that is almost the worst way to take off pounds. if anything, it teaches your body to live off its fat souces, and makes you gain weight! best diet tip i can give is to brew green tea instead of coffee, and drink it twice a day. once in the am and once before bedtime. it helps push up metabolism, and helps keep fat from staying in your body. it also has antioxidants in it, which helps clear up your skin, and makes you feel great!!!!!!
