What would you have to do daily?

Yikes.

Cut off 6 inches of a limb.

Just kidding. I'll tell you how, but it's really strict. And not advised by a physician.

Okay.
Veggies and fruits for brekkie and lunch. Stir fry veggies in some 5 calorie sauce. Or add 5 calorie dressing. Very sad, but effective. Brekkie and lunch should total about 700 calories.

Dinner... Small portions. Keep whole dinner around 200 calories.

Work out. Maybe an hour each day, break it up a little. Maybe 2 half hour work outs. Half cardio, half strength training.

Drink a lot of water. Keep hydrated.

It's grueling, but I lost 18 lbs in one month.

If you feel dizzy, eat something!

Also, if you're incredibly irritable, up your caloric intake, a bit.

Good luck.

Once you notice your fat dropping, shift to proteins. Eggs are great.

(This is not a substitute for medical advise.)

Loosing weight that quickly is not healthy! A healthy rate to loose weight is 2lbs a week. 2lbs x 4 weeks in a month x 2 months= 16 lbs Loosing much more than that probably means that you are loosing muscle mass which is not good for you and will encourage your body to put the lost weight right back on.

Good general advice would be to drink plenty of water, at least 8- 8 oz glasses a day. Eat well balanced meals(high protein can be good for quicker weight loss). Limit or eliminate simple carbs like sugar. Smaller meals more often can help you to eat less because you don't get as hungry. Excercise 3-5 times a week and be sure to combine at least 20 minutes cardio with weightlifting.

30 lbs in 2 months isn't very realistic. Sure it can be done, but you can cause damage to your body. Dropping weight that quickly cannot be done healthily because you would essentially have to starve yourself to drop that much weight. By starving yourself, your body's natural reaction is to lower your metabolism. This would cause you to gain weight back quickly if you ever went back to eating normal amounts. A reasonable, healthy weight loss goal should be 1 to 2 lbs per week. At that rate it would take 15-30 weeks to lose the weight, so 4 to 8 months.

Your best bet is to start a lifestyle with regular exercise and healthy meals. I lost 30 lbs in 6 months last year and that included a lot of "falling off the track". My idea of regular exercise is cardio for 30 mins, 3-4 times a week and weight lifting for 30 mins 3-4 times per week, working a different muscle group each session. healthy eating - eat 5 to 6 balanced meals per day, taking in enough calories to sustain your additional activities while still losing weight. No fad diets...

I've been on a diet for a half of a year and haven't changed my habbits much since I started. I lost 90 lbs(im 6'5") and am now 200 lbs(which is healthy).
I always eat healthy choice, lean quisine, lean pockets... smartones.. I think that's all... Well, anyways, I only eat those frozen meals, fruit, sandwiches(whole wheat bread, turkey, and only eat cheese once a day) WATER ONLY! That's probably what did it for me. NO SODA.(notice the period) NO FAST FOOD.. that's about it... Plus, I run/walk and do aerobics almost every day.
The main thing that did it for me is that I wasn't doing it to slim down. I was doing it to be healthy. If you think about being healthy before you think about losing weight, I think you'd get further.

By the way: There are no gimmicks that work. No pills--no miracle stuff. The absolute BEST way to lose weight is healthy living. You don't need other people's help to do that. You just fill your cart at the grocerie store differently. That's all. How bad do you want to lose weight? Make your grocirie cart reflect that.

1) Exercise five times a week. Make sure you do at least 40 minutes of cardio each time, and light weights.

2) Eat a low fat diet. No fried foods, no sodas, no mayo, no cheese, no desserts and cut way down on carbohydrates like breads and pastas. If you're going to eat bread make sure it's 100% whole wheat bread.

3) Drink lots of water.

4) Get lots of sleep.

5) Try not to drink alcohol.

6) By the end of 2 months, you should be very happy with where your body is.

First, it is mostly not your fault that you need to lose weight. The way that you have been taught to eat is responsible (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) for making obesity the #1 health problem in the world behind hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

You need to learn a whole new way to eat. Below site has that info. Find out the absolute quickest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight and how to lose bodyfat, retained water and a 3rd thing. Learn about anti-water which makes water unable to work. Take the time to learn everything on below site. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and be part of this pandemic.

Limit your daily caloric intake to your goal weight x 10. So, if you want to weigh 140 pounds - take in 1400 calories a day.
Walk 30 minutes a day, and lift weights 3 x a week.
Finally, drink 8 glasses of water a day.

This is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly with very little exercise. I have lost 35 lbs. so far. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. lovejae247@yahoo.com
