Ummm, probably because I'm not Muslim.
I'm a Christian!
Yep, that would be the reason.

I don't. I believe that Jesus is the son and God is the Father. The bible doesn't teach trinity man does. Jesus said many times different things about who he is and who his Father is. People who believe in the trinity take a verse, John 1:1 and say that since it says Jesus was God therefore he his God. But it just doesn't harmonize with all of Jesus' teachings. There were many gods back in biblical days, and I consider Jesus as being A GOD but not the one true GOD. Also, they say since Jesus said the Father and I are one, then it means that they are one person. Not so. When people get married they become one flesh. Does this mean that they are not two separate people, NO! It means that they are in union with one another. People need to read their bible more and quit leaning on mans interpretation of the bible

EASY-- HE IS!
ONE LIFE
He was born in a stable,
In an obscure village,
the child of a peasant woman,
From there He travelled
less than 200 miles.
He never wrote a book.
He never held an office.
He did none of the things one
usually associates with greatness.
He became a nomadic preacher,
Popular opinion turned against Him,
He was betrayed by a close friend,
And His other friends ran away.
He was unjustly condemned to death,
Crucified on a cross among common thieves,
On a hill overlooking the town dump,
And when dead, laid in a borrowed grave.
Nineteen centuries have come and gone,
Empires have risen and fallen,
Mighty armies have marched,
And powerful rulers have reigned.
Yet no one has affected men as much as HE,
HE is the central figure of the human race,
HE is the Messiah, THE SON OF GOD,
JESUS THE CHRIST!

Gee, I'm not sure how to answer this question. Judging by the form and function of your questioning and comments I would say you want to butt heads on the Bible with someone which really isn't Christlike. I thought Christians were supposed to love their neighbors and use gentleness, kindness and gentle persuasion. I thought Christians weren't supposed to strain at gnat ( a type of bug ) and swallow a camel. It seems that's what happens when people start up on arguing the Bible because they argue on issues that really don't have a lot to do with personal salvation. Rather, they spend time on whether or not Eve ate an apple or an orange or if Jesus had a wife or not. What a waste of finger joint cartilage and breath!
I would encourage you to stick with the basics such as: Obtaining Faith, commiting to Repentance, Love thy Neighbor, Love God, Fasting, Giving thanks to God, Showing mercy, becoming humble, mourning with those that mourn, keeping a pure heart, body and mind, serving one another, forgiving all who have tresspassed you, praying, always trusting Jesus to be your savior and keeping all of his commandments and trusting in God to provide for the morrow.
Then again, now that I think about it, you just might be of the Muslim Faith, in which case you really need to stick with the five pillars of Isam and not worry about whether or not Jesus is God. If I am wrong about your faith please forgive me, I will stand corrected.
I would like to humor you though.
If you follow the Christian Bible (king james version) one Verse is quite explicit in stating the potential God hood of every human being, Jesus included.(Psalms 82:6) and verse 7 states we will die just as Jesus did because of the condition of our fall from grace. But the resurrection of Christ negates that physical death.
You are probably arguing for arguments sake so I will go no further.
Thank you for your time and I hope I didn't come off in too abrasive a manner.

God is the Father, Jesus is the Son, and the God that dwells in the believer when he or she is saved is the Holy Spirit. They are three in one. They were three in the beginning when God said let there be light and later said let us created man in our image. Us implies more than one. Every time the Holy Spirit is mentioned in the Word, Spirit is capitalized. You should seek truth and know love and not try to deny Christ for who he is. Right now, He sits on God the Father's right hand praying for us all. How can you deny who He is? He lived, He died, He rose, and He still lives now and forevermore. Jesus is God. He is not God the Father. He is God the Son.

John 14:8 "Phillip said to Him, "Lord show us the Father. That is all we need." Jesus answered, "I have been with you a long time now . Do you still not know me Phillip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. So why do you say, "Show us the Father?". Also, "In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God, and the" Word was God". Jesus Christ is embodiment of God's Word. Jesus is an extension of God Himself, at the same time being equal to God. Jesus says in John 8:42 "......I proceeded forth out of God. Even though, Jesus is equal with God, His purpose was to give all praise, honor, and glory to God. Jesus always gave higher honor to God as a son would his father. He did not come to exalt Himself.

These are some of the arguments that musilims use to prove Jesus is not God. I have read some very cleverly worded scriptures taken out of context and presented.....Here is my answer
The Triune God existing as God, the Father, God, the Son and God, the Holy spirit. They are three in one. This is called the Trinity of God. We humans have a hard time trying to understand this. We try to understand the Omnipotent, Infinite God using the tiny brain cells that He gave us. There are some things that we just need to accept and move on. Trying to understand God in all His glorious fullness with our pathetically finite minds is like trying to fly along with a fighter jet while riding on your little bicycle.

duh...duh...doooooo.......what amount of space is in your head that is not being used? can you read? I guess not people like you cause so many confusions and hurts in peoples lives because you have never fully read the scriptures...
John 1:1 in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.
John 1:14 and the word was made flesh and dwelt among us...
1 john 5:7 that tells you who the word is also read the book of revelations that tells you who the word is the Word is Jesus Christ...mr i cant read for myself read 1 timothy 3:16
that is so clear...
God became a man in order to redeem man from satan. Instead of using that pea brain to try to understand and "figure" out an infinite being, God, why not let his word declare itself to you. you show yourself to be unlearned and ignorant concerning the scriptures

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. I John 5: 7
And the Word was made flesh , and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1: 14
The LORD of the Old Testament is the same LORD of the New Testament.

Jesus, yes, is the Son of God. But He is also equal with God.
(Phillipians 2:5-7)
"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:"
Enough said.
