My co-worker friend had ask the doc wife if they still want me and she said yes she does. Then my friend said ok then why do you cut her hours for and she said well because she said the trying to get rid of another girl their because she makes too many mistakes. but see the doc likes that girl. The wife said one thing about me that she likes is i go to work and knowing I won't get paid I 'm their. She said to my friend if she ends up leaving us I will saying something good about her. In other words that I'm a good worker..

you need to open up and ask your doctor boss what his intentions are, and why he cut and reduced your hours, if you hold it in it'll make you miserable and worriesome,

I can almost guarantee that you will be fired, or fail to call you until you give up and find another position. I worked in almost the exact same situation. The doctor's wife ran the office and she had one LPN that she talked to all the time. They would find one person in the office and nit pick everything they did until either they got them selves so riled up that they fired the person or the person just got so fed up they left. During the year and half that I worked there, 10 people left the office (including 1 doctor and 3 nurse practitioners) and the staff only consisted of 12 people at any given time. My advice... start putting in applications at other places now!

You are toast. Either you did not do the work as expected, or something somewhere has caused a real problem at work. Find a new job, starting today. I will tell you, not as a critique, but as a word to the wise,... if you job entailed writing, your spelling is abominable...please get to work and learn to write correctly...all jobs other than McDonald's, require minimal spelling and word usage. Perhaps you could work on that to improve your skills??? Trust that I am not knocking you, I am trying to help you. And I wish you the very best in luck.

Yes, sweetie something is up. You better start browsing for other work at other clinics. You're reading the messages right. On the other hand you could just come right out and ask them if they need you anymore if not bye, bye

when you are next to get "fried" ?

I guess after you've been battered and you hear the grease crackling, you are up next in the deep fat fryer.
