he said he is involve with somebody else,he dont know how and why,he is asking me to help him.how can i do that.weve been together for 10 years.it hurts so deep that i really dont know what to do.he also said,he took everything from her,he is lost but denying sleeping with her.what does it mean?

Well,I say move on. What is he asking for help with. For you to help him get over the other woman???? NOT!!!!!!! 10 years is a lot time, blood , sweat, and tears for a relationship and he screwed it up. I love it when I hear that people don't know how it happens. It just cracks me up. Things don't happen unless you let them happen and that is what he did end of story.
