I'm planning on surprising my boyfriend with a home-cooked meal, but I want to somehow incorporate shark meat into this Albino Penne recipe http://pasta.allrecipes.com/az/lbinPst.asp . Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please take note that I'm not a gourmet cook..something easy.

And if you're wondering why shark, it's b/c he's scared to death of sharks and I know he'll love chomping on them.

Thanks in advance!

cube it and sear it on high heat with salt and pepper for a minute or two on each side, drizzle on some lemon juice and set aside and place it on top of the pasta when ready, I would not toss it with the other ingredients. (That will make the pasta taste fishy.) You'll want to keep the flavors seperate.

Try this one for size....In a medium frying pan (be sure that you are able to put pan into oven..)Heat about 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil just to the point where it gets hot but not tooo hot...Add 2-3 cloves chopped garlic sautee' lightly and remove garlic. Add shark meat and light brown on each side...about 3 minutes on each side..... Then place thin slices of butter on top of fish and sprinkle with salt and sprinkle 1-2 more cloves of chopped garlic ontop of this. Place in oven at 350* for about 10 minutes and keep an eye on it.......make sure it doesn't get too dry. When done remove from oven and place ontop of pasta dish...Although I would somehow add tomatoes (fresh to your pasta)

If you want the shark to taste good, fry it with a little garlic in some infused olive oil. You only need to fry it for a couple minutes per side.. you just want it a nice golden color. I say cut it into chunks or strips and mix it in with the pasta and sauce in a large bowl.

lots of poeple are afraid of sharks but its not like they want to eat it but if you insist. saute the meat in like a garlic seasoning or however you like your meat cooked and mix it into the penne but thats a weird combo, italian and swedish food,o.k. what ever.
