Heres the deal i just turned 30 (not bad looking, have a good job, and work out religiously 4 or 5 times a week) and I have two young ladies (19 & 20) that will not leave me alone. I know age isn't suppose to be a big deal, I mean my best friends are 25,24,25, & 26 so I am around younger people all the time, but at age 20 there are so many things left to do. At first I was flattered by the attention (they both are more than attractive) but now it's getting annoying. So my question is this is there anything I can do to repluse them enough to get the point across to them that I do not see them as long-term material? In all honesty I did sleep with the older one about 4 months ago but that was just one time and now even though I've turned them both down on numerous times in public places in front of people they are still hanging around and making it harder for me to pursue women I'd really like to date. Any real suggestions would be appreciated.

well with this they see you as a older man that works, single and has money. that is not a bad thing they are only wanting that. to say hey i am with a guy that has made somthing of his self. if you have to be mean with them to leave you alone then do it. they are too young and don't yet know what they want in there life

well for a 30year old doesnt seem like you really have a clue
about what going here, if you are so annoy with these young
ladies, then why would you sleep with one of them. and think
that it going to get any easier . you need to be honest with
them and tell them point blank that you are not interest in having
a relationship of any kind. but it sound like you like the attention
that they are giving you. other wise they would have been gone
.

Restraining order? I hate to tell you this but it sounds like you've attracted some crazy bitches. Just be brutally honest with them. Hell, you should probably even lie and say some really terrible things to them just to get the point across.

life is not a bed of roses,ladies are very found of sleeping ,instead they should adopt the attitude of looking after their children and keep busy theirselves in the kitchen and try to keep their spouses very happy always take care of their rest and recreation.

Be honest, (mean if necessary.) It will get through there thick heads eventually. How easy is it to avoid them? block their calls, the whole nine yards!
