These days, the paper forms are used less and less often. Most colleges will stock some paper forms, but because the paper application process takes *so* much longer than the Web application, schools will strongly encourage you to file online. The Web application comes in particularly handy if and when you need to make corrections to your application later on, too.
If you're just looking to get an idea of the questions asked, you can pick or of download a copy of the "FAFSA Worksheet" which asks the same questions but isn't an official application. http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/before012.htm
For step-by-step guidance, you might want to try this site as well: http://studentaid.ed.gov/students/publications/completing_fafsa/2006_2007/index.html

I don't think they'll actually mail it to you, but here's a link to the 2006-07 application that you can print out. They really don't want you to hand in a paper application, though, as internet is so much easier.

I assume you mean fafsa. You can get one from a high school guidance counselor, your colleges financial aid office, or print it out online. If you are a minus a printer then perhaps call the school (high school or college) and make friendly with someone and ask them to mail you one...because you cannot print it.

I suggest doing it on the web but if you want, many high schools have the forms. Ask a senior counselor for the form.
