working in Iraq our grinder pumps are running but not discharging. Is there ny thing I should look for?

If you mean (kitchen sink) grinder pump ,
1- Clean suction pipe and remove any blocking materials
2- If problem not solved , do the same for discharge
3- Check impeller condition for damage or broken shaft

For sewage submersible grinder pumps (3 phase motor) check direction of rotation in addition to above
