it hurts too much when u are a novice but just after 1 week of regular playing the finger tips become hard enough to bear that pain
.but this thing makes u feel like heaven. and you know that you are now getting a grip over playing.

I would say that it would be normal for your fingers to hurt for more than a while after playing guitar for 2 hours straight.

If you are new to guitar playing, yes. After awhile, your fingers will have callouses, and it won't hurt near as bad. Keep it up, its worth it!

Deffinitely. First off, you may be stressing your joints, depending on how comfortable you are with playing the guitar. And secondly, you tips may hurt from "sliding". Eventually, you'll build up caluses, making them not so sensitive.

yes, i play guitar and my fingers start to hurt after a couple of minuetes. that's probably because i'm new to guitar playing, once you get more experienced it stops hurting and you get sed to it.

Yes, the pain will ease after you have gained experiance, but after two hours, even the most skilled guitarist will feel some pain.

Most likely if you do anything straight with your hands for two hours they'd hurt

Until you get adjusted, yes. Do not be alarm, your finger tips will soon adjust, and you will not feel any discomfort.
