They definitely slept in the same room or campsite, etc... They were traveling long distances together, it was bound to happen. As for conjugal relations, I'd say no. Homosexuality was strongly frowned on and even the hint of it would have gotten them both killed(not to mention that Jesus was a very religious man and adhered to the mosaic law which forbade it).
