One. It just requires a question mark at the end! It's OK apart from that, although as others have said, there are other ways of saying it..! The tense is fine though!
Two. The second 'travel to London' is redundant - not necessary. I'd replace it with 'go'!! AND, as you would be travelling to London WITH Helen, I'd say 'we' instead of 'I'!
"If Helen had invited me to travel to London with her, we would go tomorrow."

Number one is okay, but can't you make it shorter? Try splitting it into two: "What would be the last country you travel to, before dying? Have you ever thought about that?"
As for number two, it sounds weird, but it's correct if you mean Helen could have invited me, but she didn't and that is definite. However, it would be better "..., I would have travelled to London immediately", unless you do mean tomorrow, and that's not a figure of speech.

One - no, replace what with which and add a question mark:
'Have you ever thought about which might be the last country you travel to before you pass away?
Two - no, replace Helen with a nicer friend!
It should read: If Helen would have invited me to travel to London with her, I would travel to London tomorrow.
Helps?

Pretty close
One: Have you ever thought about what might be the last country you'd travel to before you passed away?
(I changed you to you'd, and changed pass to passed)
Two: If Helen had invited me to travel to London with her, I would go!

The first is fine, the second should be "I would have traveled to London tomorrow," or, since you already said that bit about London, "I would have left tomorrow" would sound more natural.

First one incorrect. Missing a question mark.
Second one...leave out the word had.
If Helen invited me to travel to London, I would leave tommorrow. Mucho better!
