They never ate cowdung. Cowdung is dried and used as fuel in poor homes for cooking.Many centuries ago the urine was used as a medicine. It has been scietifically proven to cure liver disease, diabetes to name a few. It also has antiseptic properties and was used in old times to purify house etc. Its not used now with modern things available.
But i do have a questtion for the christian fanatics why does the bible allow incest, slavery, killing of non-believers, babies and many more unpalatable things.

first of all it is a big part of religion they belive that their god is a cow, or somethin along those lines, second they might drink the urine after it has been mixed with the milk, africans used to milk their cows then mix cow urine in it to eat away a nutrient that they wer alergic to

second: if in fact they do, then it is obviously something that they believe strongly in and it is a part of their religion.
Why do Christians drink red wine and eat nasty flat bread for communion? because it's an important part of the religion.
