Heres what I am preparing,
Its called Langua mystiqe ( French Recipe )

Basically I chop up 1/2 lb raw liver into small chunks and Draw the moisture out my placing it in a bowl of very fine powdered sugar. Then I take the livers and marinate it in a bowl of pure honey for 1 hour.

Then I take 1/4 cup mint and 3 table spoons of lemon salt, 1 spoon of sugar and 1 egg. 5 spoons of butter. and mix it with some milk in a blender then place in a bowl. I throw the liver in and let it soak for about 10 minutes and then I fry it in peanut oil.

I am very excited about this date and hope she really likes what I WORKED SO HARD on cooking tonight. Any advise is appreciated

Bravo. You got others attentions. :)

And now. Do you want your first date to be your last? then, you have hit it. by George, you've got it.

For dessert try grasshoppers tossed in honey and then fried. yummy. ;) and when you are up for a drink try a glass of warm blood, about 4oz.

I would think it was so sweet if I was going on my first date with my boyfriend and he cooked dinner for me by himself, hand made everything. It's a very nice idea, but like everyone said, liver is disgusting. I've never had it but the thought of eating something's liver just does not appeal to me. I wouldn't even try it. I'm sure it's really good tasting if you like liver but I don't think many people do... it's just one of those things that are known to be hated. I hope it works out for you... but maybe you should have made sure she liked it... maybe next time you should bring the girl to your house and prepare a meal together, that way you know she likes it and you can have fun doing it.

Dude! try something you've tried before ok! unless you want an early brake-out with that signorina! You can try something you can prepare the best. If you're not sure about that call some restaurant and order something nice. Don't forget fresh flowers and a bottle of good wine! Have you ever tried Chianti? all the ladies love it! hey, you can let her concentrate on the wine rather than your dish my friend!
piaccia la Sua cena! e piace il Suo amore! anche la "faccia" in un modo che Lei ha provato prima ;)

Buon fortuna!

Darling, pleeeease try something else!! Last night I made 'Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs' with chicken breast, pineapple, green pepper, onion and grape tomato. Put a nice sweet and sour (add honey) glaze on it and broil on both sides. Add some white rice and some other 'luau style' dish. Plus don't forget the pina coladas! Now THAT is a good first date meal!

No offense, but I am wondering which should be questioned more, your sanity or sense of humor? :) try taking a pitted date, stuff it with a piece of pineapple, roll it in a half-slice of bacon and stick a toothpick through it. lay them out on a ccokie sheet and bake @375 till the bacon appears cooked as you prefer. HEAVEN!
One pound of bacon, one bag of dates and a small can of pineapple makes about 30 of them.

If your date likes liver then yes. However, most people that I know do not like liver thus you may have a problem if she does not like it.

Hopefully, you planned ahead and knows she likes liver.
