YES plain and simple. A relationship isn't just about physical intimacy. If your giving your love and attention to someone else then it's cheating.

No because the dude on the Internet is on the Internet and does not see u in person,how can u call that cheating.All the girls say yes and the dudes say no .If Ur not in physical cant- act with someone how is it cheating?

Well I'm not so sure, but it depends on what you and your online boyfriend do and talk about.
If it's just friendly chat, then tell your real boyfriend, but be ready to give the online one up. We can only be true to one.
