Only if you are married or in a relationship...otherwise why would it be cheating? Any sex would be cheating if you were married etc and not if you were not married...now if he or she is married then yeah you are still cheating on someone..you might not be but he or she is....how would you like to have that done to you...something to think about

Not if you both know it's all fun and have no intention of meeting. Then its more like mutual masturbation. You may find out stuff that you can do with your real lover.
It would be the decent thing to do, though, to ask your real life partner, what they think about it. Some aren't too keen on their mates doing it.
