all the photos u see of Kakashi without a mask are probably all fake. I dont think Kakashi has ever shown his real face in the anime even though the show had an entire episode devoted to Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke trying to see him without his mask on. That is a nice fanart though.

It's fan art... someone who totally loves Kakashi drew it, it's not from the anime... although Kakashi looks good in any picture!

the eye slash and the silver hair point to it being kakashi, so i believe it is. i'm not sure if he has the tattoo or not though...
