You really need to talk to your neighbour about their cat and you can buy stuff that cats hate to put around the yard to stop it peeing on everything. The cat seems to like you, dont be too angry with it.

Of course you shouldn't kill the cat. It is not the cat's fault. It is the owner's. If the cat were spayed or neutered it would not behave this way. The next time it comes into your house I would catch it and take it to a place where they would fix the cat and put it up for adoption if your town has such a place. I don't think talking to the neighbors would do you any good as it sounds as if they don't care and if the cat disappeared you would be the first person they would turn to in retaliation. I can't imagine anyone letting their cat out of doors anyway. Especially one that hasn't been spayed or neutered. All this world needs is more unwanted kittens. You would be doing the poor thing a favor.

First off, not a good idea. The cat my be annoying tha crap out of you but if you kill it you might get some jail time. My dad told animal control that he was going to kill these 2 dogs that were chaseing all of the game where we hunt away but they said he would get arrested. So you might want to call a local pound or somthing, tell them the situation, and see if they can pick the cat up.

killing an animal just because it runs in the house when you open the door and scares the crap out of everybody isnt a reason to kill it. Maybe if you talk to your neighbors about what the cat is doing then see how it goes from there

I am a cat lover but I can see where that would be really annoying. Have you talked to your neighbor yet or are you trying to lay low in case a murder goes down?

Get a dog and scare the damn cat away!

don't kill the cat, try talking to the owners calmly, if they do nothing about it, contact the aspca, they will take care of it no matter where ya live, they will also take care of it humanely and without hurting the cat or any one else, you could also invest in one of those invisiwall thoings that will keep the cat out of your yard without hurting anything

If they find out you killed their cat, they could sue. You're better off calling the pound or something. Then, the people will get the message that they better keep tabs on their cat. I can't figure out why people let their cats out anyway.

Don't kill it. Buy a cage and throw it in there. Call your neighbor and tell them you'll demand $5 every time it happens for them to get the cat back.

Obviously don't kill it.

Cats pee outside. Learn to deal. It's picked your lawn as it's litter box. It could be worse.

Tell your neighbour and tell them to get their cat under control and to buy it a proper litterbox. It usually won't go outside if it has a place to go inside.

Talk to the neighbor and to Animal Control. I'm a cat-lover myself, but I can see where killing does look tempting.

Good luck!
