i am trying to learn from the internet, but no luck. please teach me anyone who is out there.

Since the internet proved to be useless, then why don't try intensive courses at centres that teach languages. I know so many people who speak well different languages they learnt at thier own country.

Why don't you try going to a local synagogue and asking about Hebrew lessons? I think that if you aren't Jewish they won't let you go, but a Reform congregation might.
