So, like, was it an accident? The whole "eating the pork?" Because the sheet was there, they didn't know that they were about to eat pork? And then they ate it? By mistake? Either way, Jewish people can't eat the meat of an animal unless the hoof is split and it chews the cud (like a cow), so it would be wrong. But only by mistake. Maybe.

First off... why eat something through a SHEET?! If they were being fed by someone else, that person needs to be slapped for making them do something that's taboo.

Second, there's a reason those guidelines were put in place, it's not Kosher for a reason. Now, I'd say if it's just a mistake, no, but, I'm not Jewish... I just don't think that God would be incredibly upset by it, because it was an accident.

Not as long as it's Kosher. Eating pork isn't much of a sin anymore. The actual meaning of sin is: an error. Long ago many religions forbade eating pork for very good reasons. You had a very good chance of getting Trichinosis. That is why it was considered evil. Well, duh! It made you sick and you usually died. I'm not sure but I don't think Trichinosis exists anymore except maybe in very backward nations and even there, cooking the meat very well done would kill the little parasites.

Eating pork is not a sin, it just people find this commandment easy to do and makes it seem important. God say don't "eat it because it is unclean to you" not because it's a sin but because it's bad for you.

Jews aren't supposed to eat pork, though many do (I don't.) They say they are sorry for it on Yom Kippur, and it's over. No big whoop.

"holy sheet, it's another yahoo on yahoo, izzie."

Is the sheet constructed of one fiber or different fibers? If it is one fiber such as cotton it is only one sin. If blended fibers it is two sins. SHALOM
