Well...The "Orange Catholic Bible" was in my favorite book, Dune by Frank Herbert. Here's what Wikipedia had to say:

A fictional book from the Dune novels of Frank Herbert, the Orange Catholic Bible, also known as the Koranjiyana Zenchristian Scriptures or Zenchristian Navakoran, is one of the most important religious texts in the Dune universe. The scriptures of Galactophasic Determinism, it is supposed to be a fusion of all significant religious thought in human history, viz "the Maometh Saari, Mahayana Christianity, Zensunni Catholicism and Buddislamic tradition". It was produced by the Commission of Ecumenical Translators in the wake of the Butlerian Jihad. According to the glossary in the paperback edition of Dune, its supreme commandment is considered to be:

"Thou shalt not disfigure the soul."

In Dune, Doctor Yueh gives Paul Atreides his copy of the OCB during their initial trip to Arrakis. This copy is a space-traveler's miniaturized edition of the tome, set in tiny print on fragile pages made from electrostatic film.

Well if its Catholic it has to be fiction, their whole basis for religion is fiction, none of it is scriptural. It is probably something else they have found to put more coins into their already rich bank accounts!
