I believe that it is another phrase for ping pong reinfection between sexual partners that are treated at different times and each reinfects the other, seriatum. Urinary tract infections, (uti's)and sexually transmitted diseases (std's), should be treated with antibiotic and ALL the partners so treated at the same time to completely eradicatre the infection in one course of treatment.

I don't think you have your terminology right. Acrobatic refers to someone who can perform Gymnastics or something like that, and I have never heard it applied to an infection. Is this a computer term, and what does the acronym UTI stand for?

That's anaerobic not acrobatic. It refers to infections that do not involve oxygen, but rather a buildup of metabolic products which are generally acidic. UTI stands for urinary tract infection.
