I think this is Italian. Cause my son saw Sharktale and he heard it there. So now he is "O,vei" for everything little thing. And I just one want to know what is it.

Yes, oy vey in Yiddish, eu weh in German. Means "Oh the pain." Remember Dr. Smith on Lost in Space? He always said, "Oh the pain."
