Probably the other way around... sinus came first but you noticed the pain in the tooth first.
Unless you have access to antibiotics, it's off to the doctor for you I am afraid. You can try saline rinses but a Z-pack (Zithromax) is the best bet if you have good insurance.

It is disappointing that your dentist won't even see you until the infection has been settled with antibiotics. The first rule of any infection is to try and reduce or remove the source of the infection, and then use antibiotics as a supplementary measure. Would you take antibiotics for an infected splinter of wood? Sometimes in the case of an abscessed tooth it can be as simple as drilling an access hole to allow the infectious junk to come out of the tooth rather than into your face. Sometimes you just have to get broken teeth extracted despite infection in the area. Injections of LA into an infected area are not generally advisable or easy, but there are block injections for upper and lower teeth that can do it for you - maxillary block, PSA block, ... To rely only on antibiotics is poor dentistry and potentially dangerous. The fact that your eye is shut is of great concern. Antibiotics do not always work, and there is the risk of ending up in hospital on IV antibiotics and surgery. I would seek out another dentist ASAP.

Lots of things can be done to help tooth aches and sinus infection. Garlic, ginger, lemon, cloves, cinnamon, aspirin, and hot liquid well all improve the condition.
Next time you get an infection try one of these treatments before it spreads.
Since the infection has spread, you should see your doctor to prevent further spreading.
The doctor most likely well prescribe you a antibiotic take the antibiotic as directed. Eat yogurt or drink buttermilk to replace the good bacteria.

This happens frequently as the roots of the teeth are so close to the sinus. If it is an infection, you will need an antibiotic. I would go to a clinic or even to the dentist. I know from experience that going to the dentist is usually cheaper as they can do x-rays much cheaper and can see the sinuses on the dental x-rays. They can also prescribe the antibiotics, if you need them!

That sounds like the way my sinus infections start. At that point it's best to see the doctor and get antibiotics.

Well... I will be the conservative one and say that on the bright side.... you could just have a sinus infection. The roots of your teeth sit right next to your sinuses. So, when your sinuses are infected it puts pressure on the roots of your teeth. You will be ok . Dont let people freak you out

I recommend using a decongestant spray to relieve the pressure, then breathe some steam from the shower to try to loosen up the gunk so you can blow it out. Sometimes that is all you need. If you start having increasing pain or fever you need to see the doctor and get some antibiotics.

Hang in there. Drink some coffee (caffeine helps).
If it's still going on tomorrow, see the doc.
