Maintain your exercise regimen but also add weight training and the inches will be reduced. Keep in mind you might gain some muscle mass but those pounds are better than fat.
I have recently added strength training and I see a huge difference in how I look and how my clothing fits. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Skin is elastic, to a certain degree. If it's a little extra skin, it may "snap" back with time. There is a lotion on the market (over the counter) for skin-toning, I recall. It's for "tightening" the skin. If it's a lot of skin, then my friend (who had a gastric bypass surgery) needed to have it medically removed in surgery. He looks GREAT now, by the way. Congrats on losing so much weight!

Depending on how much weight you've lost. You may have loose skin depending on your skin elasticity. You may need to change your eating habits. Like eating more protein and less fat. At first, you could start cutting back on your food intake then change your eating habits along w/exercise. Start off doing cardio for at least 30 minutes then you should notice some pounds coming off.

My wife had bypass to loose weight she also has lots of excess skin in places, it looses its elasticity if stretched too far and to long in some cases they recommend plastic surgery after you have stabilized your weight after dieting to the desired weight
