Please don't wait to line things up before you tell your parents. They will be more able to help you than anyone on yahoo honey. Go tell them what you have been doing, that you know it's wrong and you want to stop but you don't know how. Tell them that you feel like you will need to go away to learn how to cope better. They can help you. They can take you to your family doctor and get a referral to a specialist just for you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WAIT!!!

I don't know where you live, but there should be an anonymous help-line referral service in your city.

Most people with your problem are girls. Don't ask me why. Maybe guys have enough other people trying to injure them that they don't need to self-injure.

If you don't have a help-line contact your nearest hospital or your family doctor, or if you have a pastor you might want to start there. You need a referral. Someone who has no personal stake in your problem.

SEEK HELP AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!! I can sense you need it. Local health services, free health clinics, social services can all make referrals.

Your safety and even your life could be at stake. I would not normally touch a subject like this, but it is very urgent you get someone who can help you as soon as you can.

I don't know you, but I raised kids and I love you and want you to love yourself. God bless and keep you.

The following organizations for information about 24 hour crisis services:

The National Hopeline Network’s 1-800-SUICIDE (784-2433) hotline connects you with a crisis center in your area. Many crisis centers can assist you in finding treatment services in your community.

Child-Help USA 1-800-422-4453 crisis line assists both child and adult survivors of abuse, including sexual abuse. The hotline, staffed by mental health professionals, also provides treatment referrals.

The National Strategy for Suicide Prevention's crisis hotline, 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255) can put you into contact with your local crisis center.

I found them on the NMHA website. Please call them- OK? The middle one sounds like it's the one for you, try it first.

The best advice I can give you is to go to your local Health Department. They can point you in the right direction. I wish you the best....

notice that you are NOT the way you feel, they are different.
for example -

I am depressed
is different from
I feel Depressed.

set some goals for yourself - something to look forward to .

talk to you r parents and tell them you need their help.
