You can, but it will take the will power.......
Eat only 1000 calories a day, and exercise at least 20 min, everyday, not every other day.
If you do not slack, you will lose it by then, if not more. But, you have to do it everyday, and not cheat. it is not easy, it takes a big change in your eating habits, but, it is worth it.

It's possible that you could lose that much weight that fast, but your skin will not recover that quickly--you will be sagging and wrinkled in places and in ways that are not pretty. Lose the weight more slowly and exercise! You will feel and look much better.

I used phentramine to lose weight, BUT youll hafta work real hard to keep it off after you quit taking them.
