First.. our daughter got the chicken pocks last week. Then Sunday evening... our son burnt his hand on the the exhaust of a 4-wheeler. Then this week... my husband was hospitalized with the "Flesh-Eating Virus." Ya know... that yucky (nasty) stuff that you only see on the Discovery Channel (we're home now, and he's doing better)!!

Egads! That stinks for you - I hope everything improves soon.
But as far as me having a "Heaven Week" (as a fraternity brother put it to us pledges once), I've had plenty. Actually, 2003 was full of them.

i'm glad your husband is doing better. i hope your daughter is doing better also. when i was younger(a long long time ago in a different galaxy) , i had chicken pox also. everyone else had german measles. i was the only one in school with the pox. i bet your son won't do that again! a few weeks ago on monday my car became a car-b-q. my daughters were in the car. yes we all got out safely! a cop was going the opposite way and seen the flames and called the fire dept. the next day my wife came down with a flu virus. i fell off the porch and twisted my ankle. next the car we are fixing up decided to have stuck brakes. there was fire and smoke. then the transmission was replaced. the only way for the car to start now is by hot wiring it. car now runs very well at this time.back to the flu, now my daughters and i had it. on the whole, everyone is now doing much better!! hope your next several weeks will be better. smile and chalk it up to life experiences!

Oh yeah this week was bad. I'm sorry you had one too! It stinks to be sick. I had a massive headache like a migraine, my fathers sick, I had a fistula and tooth abscess, found out I have tongue cancer, I have an ovarian mass they are trying to shrink and it's not shrinking, my cats diagnosed as diabetic, and my insurance was at risk of expiration because of some stupid document I didn't get in! Yes this week was a killer!
I remember chicken pox, oh they are nasty, itchy! Poor daughter. I remember sitting in cool water in the bath tub as a kid with mine. Things will get better, just take one day at a time, and if you can't do that, one hour at a time. Try to destress with deep breathing, and doing something you like that is relaxing. For me, it's a hot bubble bath with candlelight in the room and soft music.

If your hubby has the bacteria called MRSA that eats flesh, make sure he gets the right antibiotics right away or you'll have a long time of HECK. It's really called Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus. I was treated with Vancomyicin and rimfamin for several months and it cleared the infection for the past 8 years.

Well I'm sorry that, that happen I mean it's normal for kids to have chicken pocks and some kids can be clumsy but he'll be ok and I really hope that your husband doing much better. May God Bless you and your family

Feet swollen up from size 11 to 13 calf swollen up big as my thigh. Doctors run test said it may be my heart, test came back ever looks clear from liver kidneys head to toe.
Been in Hospital no results. Single Parent 12 year girl black bags under her eyes she is also sick she on 4 different kinds of medicine, nose bleeds rashes , migraines be in hospital also. Dog stomach swollen big as basket ball die two days ago.
Doctors said he could, not help me anymore put me on fluid pills said if I take it without the [poss ] I would die, Nobody else to take care of my child ,no family. Investigator came by said steel mill behind me was burning tires causing "tire soot" said it causes bad sinus problems want me to join law suit.
Checked it out on the Internet causes ever system but sinus's my child and I.
We be lied to and thet have left me and may child sick and possible death for me for I eat fish from the pond, Food from the garden, thank God my child don't eat fish are things from the garden.
Lawyers will not touch this because tires had come from the school board and is the ones giving the tires to the steel mill along with others no body will help so we pray from day to day we heal with the Faith in pray. Lots more but this draws a good picture bad week yes one after another!!

i thought my week went really well, but now that i read what u went thru with yours, i think my week was the most awesome thing ever. good luck next week, girl! get those kids better and your husband out of the hospital!!!!!
