If it is one of those "cruises" that goes out for a few hours in the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic, it is best to stay away from all slot machines. As there are no third party auditor reports or gaming commissions, the machines are almost always very, very tight and a total ripoff. Either go to Las Vegas or play online at an online casino that is audited each month and has published reports. A great place to start if you choose to play online is http://www.ranked-online-casinos.com/payout-percentages.html You can view actual reports from auditors there. Otherwise, stay away from those machines on the boats. If you do play a machine game, consider video poker, as you can see the pay tables on the machine and determine the pay back % before you play.

first off slot machine are a ripoff, they do pay out but not really its over a time that slot machines pay off what they say. for instance, in vegas there are sign that say their slots pay back 99% of all money put in, that is based in the long run say within a month or two or sometimes even more, Now can u get lucky yes for sure u can but dont expect to win.
Tip though usually the best machines are put in the spots that get the most traffic say just asu walk into the room or in a major trafficking spot like on the way to the card tables this is so they can attract u into playing.

Dont play. That is the only way to win on ship slots. I machine can tell you that you have a 90% chance of winning on it. That is 90% over the life time of the machine. 20 years is a long time to pay 90%. That does not include the fact that the machine needs to collect so much before it pays out. That and the fact that there is a Random number genterator on the machine so there is really no stragy to slots.

Slot machines are based on time, based on the second you pull the knob or push the button on the digital ones. Some slots are set to give back a certain amount, play the floor until you find the ones that are set to give back the most.
There are gimmicks out there that you can buy to win the slots with, but you dont want to go to jail or be caught otherwise you wont be able to go to ANY casino since they all use the same picture database.

There is no magic way to win. Always play maximum coins and don't play machines that cost less than 25c to play. Play machines in busy areas. Casinos want people winning money near an entrance or busy area. They want people losing money in quieter areas. If you see signs promising a pay out of better than 97% go for that too. None of these things will magically make you a winner, it is all about chance, but following this advice may make you lose slightly less in the long run.

Tightest slots I have ever seen are on gambling boats. Avoid slots and play the table games.

Hold your breath for 30 seconds and walk to the south at the same time. Then stop. Turn to your left again and then walk to the third row. Hit up the second machine on your right.
But don't play it if he has Red, White and Blue rows.
Good luck.
