63 days from mating. She wont eat her dinner the night before delivering. Will nest in bedding and start panting like she's really hot.

Please get your dog Spayed!

"SOON DOGS ARE PREGNANT FOR TWO MONTHS GIVE OR TAKE A COUPLE DAYS she my pace, her temp will be higher than normal a dogs temp is normally higher than a human, i think once over 106 they are within 24 hours of labor "

Just to correct some misguided information....

Gestation is approximately 63 days or nine weeks.

The normal temperature of a dog is approximately 101 degrees. However, in a dog about to whelp, the temperature will DROP to approximately 99 degrees - indicating she is likely to whelp within the next 24 hours.

she will slow down and wont be as active. and she wont wanna move. she will be in a quite place. she will stay there for a while. she will be in a place where she cant be disturbed by anyone. that is a clue when she is ready to have them. make sure no other dogs or lil kids in around them. after a few days or few hours u can start holding them. she will leave a big puddle of slim when she is done. she will lose some weight after she is done.

usually pregnancy is 63 days from conception. your dog will be "nesting" she may be hiding or trying to. she may stop eating a day or so before delivery. don't let your dog hide somewhere you can't get to in case there is a problem with delivery. you need to be there to make sure no puppies get stuck in the birth canal and to make sure everything goes smoothly. your dog will know what to do but make sure you are there to intervene if need be, also have the number of a 24hr vet nearby just in case.

Ask your vet....seriously how many people don't realize that this is the best answer. Why are you asking strangers....call your vet my friend they always have the best answer no matter what.. A lot of vets will answer these questions over the phone for free! You haven't even provided enough info to take educated guesses from people over the internet.

63 days gestation and it's pretty accurate...changes in temp, restlesness, not eating or vomiting after eating are all signs....
