Ok I like this guy and we talk a lot and he tells me pretty much everything but he's really depressed lately because he loves one of my friends but she hates him because he's said stuff to her (apparently it was very rude?) and so he's trying to find a someone new... Early on when we first started talking he made a list of girls that he said he wouldn't ever go out with and my name was on the list (it said no offense next to it) so I've liked him for a while but this really got me down... so what should I do? Push the relationship and try and get him to like me or just move on and just continue to be friends with him?

start talking to him alot and flirt with him little by little, here is a good tip, "accidentaly" drop something when u have a skirt on so he can get a little bit of a look, he might like it and keep on hitting on him little by little, he might like you,but doens't want to reveal it, and if he doesn't make a move don't be afraid to make one urself and if it doesn't work out you can still be friends,

You need to find out why you were on the list, if it is because he see you as a sister that is one thing (and there is a slim chance that you can change his opinion of you) but if he finds you unattractive and is not willing to look beyond that then there is nothing that you can do to change his mind and get the relationship that you desire.
Right now flirting with him might not be the best way to find out the information that you desire. Considering your relationship ask him what is wrong with you and why you can not get a boyfriend, If he say you are cool, then you can ask him why he put you on his list. Tell him about your frustration with boys and you should be able to tell how he feels. Ask him for general advice about crushes, and talking about you gradually start talking about him and see where it leads.

Tell him straight forward how you feel, even the oddest and most ironic stories sometimes have great endings. So what if he put some name on a list, its just paper and ink? My point is that if you like him you should just tell him how you feel because at least your concience will be clear and what you want to happen may come true.

then have him come over to where you live
cook him dinner and tell him, then, if it feels right, kiss him.
I am assuming you are an adult
if not, just skip the dinner step!
