i work in a dental office and i can tell you, there is NO good dental plan. You're better off taking your money and saving a certain amount every month and using it when you need it. No headaches about whethere the insurance covers something or not, no maximums, no deductibles, no co-pays. Just cold hard cash. Most insurance companies are not worth the money you pay towards them.

Try AmeriPlan. It is not Insurance but a great discount plan! Save anywhere from 50% to 80% on most services and even 25% when you have to go to a specialist. I love it! Recently I went to one of their providers, I had x-rays, teeth cleaning and some polishing, my total bill came out to $197 but I only paid $59 so I save $138 bucks on that one visit! The plan is only $11.95 a month for an individual or $19.95 a month for household. Try requesting more information at: http://wehavebenefits.com/

there is no such thing as a good dental plan
low maximum, less coverage, too much exclusion, more limitations and b/c of inflatination dental coverage costs too much, it is always exceeding the annual maximum coverage
you must be the president to have a good dental plan

If your workplace provides you with UHC, they have a great dental plan. If you can't get it through them, maybe try to get personal dental insurance through them.

I found a broker who offered a dozen different plans. I was able to check out each one and decide which one worked best for me.

Click on this and look at them. I think its 10 times better than regular insurance companies.
