i would like to learn Italian , i speak english and spanish fluid

Go for it Pepe. By knowing Spanish it would be a bit easier for you. Being fluent in two very different languages is the key, though. It shows you have mastered two already, which has already opened your mind, affecting the way you think/analyze, etc. Most definitely do it and pronto! Muy buena suerte... y Bona Sera.

Italian are very similar to Spanish so if you speak Spanish it will be very easy to learn Italian.

Pepe: They say that Italian is very similar to Spanish and easier to learn if you already know Spanish. My daughter is starting her 3rd year of Italian in HS and she says its true, but its kinda funny because she gets confused sometimes and mixes up her Spanish/Italian words. I wonder if there's a name for that like "Spanglish" for those of us who speak both al mismo tiempo...hmmmmm.....

spanish is similar with italian, you'd better learn spanish cuz you can use it not only in spain but in some countries either.

its a bit different from spanish but its basically the same but go for it, italian is pretty but russian is prettier, although they sound like they don't breath.
