Christians follow God's laws first and then the law of the land. There are two examples below, the book of Daniel, and in Acts.
Dan 3:16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.
Dan 3:17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.
Dan 3:18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.
Act 5:40 And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
Act 5:41 And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.
Act 5:42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

Is your question about laws that "seem morally unjust" or "are morally unjust"? Who first determines this "seem" position? Who declares that they "are" morally unjust? Is it all a matter of ones opinion?
Look at the abortion issue please. There is no bible passage that says abortion is morally unjust. It seems most jump up and say to abort is to murder or to take a life. Are they right to do this or do they not understand the words written in the Bible? It is my opinion that they do not really study the words in the Bible, but what is new.
These is a passage that says if you do not act by faith, it is sin for you. Thus in my view your faith must be your guide and not a word like "seems", etc. However you must keep in mind that an act or action will bring a reaction and a result. You must accept that so don't look to a rule, look to your God for guidance. You talk to Him and ask Him this question

Even Christians have to follow the laws...as someone else posted, give unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and give unto God what is God's.
With that being said...abortion is not mandatory in the United States. If you don't with to get one, then you don't HAVE to get one. If there are others that feel that abortion is the best choice, that is them to decide...not you, not anyone else...only them. If someone gets an abortion, it is on them; not on you.
But since abortion is legal, then you must adhere to that...as in, honor the fact that is a choice that some people make...but you don't have to "like" it, just "honor" the fact that it is legal and a choice.

No, we should never obey or honor laws that go against the commands of God. Daniel did not obey the law that he could not worship his God in the land of the Medes and Persians. He was thrown into the Lion's den, but was saved by God (Daniel chapter 6). Also, Daniels friends Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego refused to bow down and worship an idol which was ordered by the King (Daniel 3:16).
Also Peter and John refused to obey the religious authority when ordered not to preach about Jesus any more.
Peter's response was: "Whether it is right in the sight of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge" Acts 4:19
Bottom line is this, obey God, obey men when they are within the will of God.

No - it's not to say that we won't have to pay the penalty for breaking those laws, but we should not follow the morally unjust laws. That's where we have to know what our convictions are and where stand on them and how much our faith in Christ demands of us.

I think we all have the right to choose as long as all parties involved are agreeable. If a lady wants an abortion, as long as all parties are involved. go for it. The Lady, well its her body, the father, after all she is killing his kid. And when the kid is born and grows up we can ask him if he/she want to be aborted. Thats the only way. If he/she doesn't want to be aborted, then its off. Figure that one out if you can.

the abortion laws only apply to women who are pregnant and wish to terminate the pregnancy. this law in it's simplest form allows women to have an abortion if they choose to do so. in no way does it force abortion on anyone. i think you should learn more about how laws work and how they are applied before you spout off at the mouth.

. In the very first chapter of Luke's gospel, after the Annunciation, we see the unborn John the Baptist leap with joy in the womb of his mother at the sound of the Virgin Mary’s voice, so that we are told his mother Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost and proclaimed, “Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?”

Render unto Ceaser what is Ceaser's render unto God what is God's. Basically follow God's law to get to heaven and man's law to stay out of jail.
