LET ME EXPLAIN SOMETHING!!! IF YOU ARE NOT OVER EX YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS TRYING TO TALK TO SOME ELSE NEW KEY WORD HERE IS NEW!!!!! BECAUSE WHO WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR LAST RELATIONSHIP GUY OR GIRL!!!! THAT JUST SHOWS THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO FILL A VOID THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO FILL WITH FALSE EMOTIONS BASICALLY LYING TO YOUR MIND BUT NOT YOUR HEART!!!!IF THE FEMALE/GUY IS A CLOSE FRIEND VERY UNDERSTANDABLE!I HAVE BEEN THERE DONE THAT! BUT ONE THING I HAVE NEVER DONE IS LIE TO MY EMOTIONS CAUSE ITS BEING PHONY AND EVENTUALLY WILL SHOW TO SOME ONE ELSE WHO WILL OF COURSE BE OUT AND WONT F.CK WITH YOU ANYMORE!!!! WELL ENOUGH SAID ANYONE PERFERABLY THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWERED NEGATIVE CAN RESPOND BUT ITS OPEN TO EVERYONE WHO UNDERSTANDS WHERE IM COMING FROM.................

i understand exactly what you mean, and im down with you 100%, because your right, i think its wrong to go out with someone new just to get over your ex or whatever reason there is, or if you still like your ex, i hate it when guys tell me about their girly relationships or how many girls they were with and they get into deep talk bout their ex's it hink thats wrong i dont want to hear it i get turned off, im not a computer for the guy to just sit there and tell me his problems, if hes interested inme, its me not his ex. theres a reason their called ex. you dont just keep mentioning them,

So you're saying that a girl who is not over her ex should never talk to guys? Are you seeing them "lead you on" when they aren't? Are you hitting on girls who just broke up, then having a cow if they mention the ex? I'm sorry--I was married for 24 years, and I make references to my ex, but in negative ways, and my new man has no prob with it. Long term relationships take a long time to get over. If your gal is doing the above, tell her it bugs you or find a new gal. And never write in all caps again!

WOW, you said a mouthful and I don't really understand it all...
Are you trying to say that you want opinions from people who are not yet over their "EX" love and they go on to a new one???
So there is still a space in between the one left behind and the new one and you feel they are not closing the gap before moving on???
This is difficult to answer...
I have always had plenty of space in between my "EX's" before I moved on...
I made sure I had a few years in between each relationship myself before I moved on...
It always seemed better to close up the past hurts first...

I didn't answer your other question, but I completly agree with you. You cannot move on with someone else when you have not given yourself time to heal and get over a previous relationship. When you jump into a new relationship you are not being fair to yourself or the new person.

what you sayin is true.. yet some folks find it hard to admit there feelings.. yes, they are only lying to themselves. i for one, try to begin with a fresh new start. at times, those emotions you felt before comes back,.dat fear of breakin up or broken coems back.. so most girls compares reltionship to their ex's.. of course, its a turn off.. but hopefully you'll understand.. its all part of da healing process..

what's wrong with talking? if u're under the wrong impression that there might be something more than talks, that's ur problem.. she just wants to talk... maybe wasnt even looking for a relationship for dat matter..

talking never hurt anyone...it's not being over an ex and leading someone is what's wrong.
