It depends on location, I adopted my daughter threw an agency called New Beginings. It was the most wonderful experience. My daughter was born in Korea, they have many countries, but Korea was one where we did not have to go to. The babies can be as young as 2-3 months old. Good Luck. There's a very lbaby somewhere whose gonna have a loving home waiting. Oh, the whole process took about 7 months.

the best place to go to is in miami. many newborns are aboned there check at the police station there this isnt no joke ?

I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU CAN GO BUT I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE ADVERTISING IN THE NEWSPAPERS.
