If I remember right...unless you're a daughter or a son of a veteran, there is not any special scholarships for a "relative".
I have quite a few POW's from that war in my family...and I was not given any advice (and I did seek out military college advice because my own husband is a veteran), and I did speak of my POW uncles...so, if it's out there, it sure wasn't offered to me.

Talk to your local VFW. They give local scholarships and they can help you with others.
