I actually have a dog who had back to back pregnancies. She will be ok if she does get pregnant. Make sure you feed her high protein or PUPPY food to keep her weight up, since the pups will take a lot of it. If she seems to lose too much weight, ask a vet for a recomendation of a certain food.

wait at least a year before letting your dog have another litter. and it's possible that the dog wont get pregnant, because the process was fatal. it's common, and nothing to worry about. but give you dog a break, before letting her get pregnant again

Sometimes they do not get pregnant. If she has a litter after just having one, it probably will not hurt her, but you need to watch and not let her get pregnant the next heat. Unless you want pups, you should have her spayed.

Female dogs only get pregnent when they are in heat... so she shouldn't, especially right after she had a litter of puppies... here check out this website:

the chances are so slim that it never happens. Just do the world a favor and get your dog fixed.

And yes it can hurt her. So bad she can get sick and die
