It already IS bad. You don't mention meds for your ADD, but it could be a side-effect of the med.
A symptom of ADHD is Impulsivity. This could explain the outbursts, but not the not realizing you are in an outburst part.
Knowing you have a mental disorder, it wouldn't be uncommon for you to have more than one. Maybe one that, until now, has gone un-diagnosed.
I would follow the advice of Answerer 2 and see your doctor as soon as possible.

It could be related to your ADD (or ADHD, now some say you can't technically be just ADD). Once I get upset, I don't always realize what I'm doing until afterwords... or let's just say I don't feel in control very much.
But- I've read other posts by you and I'm very concerned. Do you have a therapist? Are they any good? If you don't have a therapist or one that you relate to, please see what you can do to get one.
I don't know where you are so I don't know the services in your area. And I don't know how you relate to your parents. If you can talk to them, do so. But if you can't, I truly understand that. If there's a school counselor you can find, (I know it's summer) do so. Call one of the 1-800 numbers out there. 1-866-SAFEYOUTH (1-866-723-3968) is one I found under search.
I think there's more to it. But, I don't want to go into it on this site. Just know I'll sleep better tonight if I knew you got some help. OK?
Oh, and the guy above is wrong- I believe. You can't cure PTSD with anti-depressants. You can only reduce some of the symptoms. You need serious therapy to do that. And you can't get that here. Talk about it only with a professional who knows what they are doing.

wow I'm sorry your going thru this that sounds so ruff
some times i get so angry i feel heat boiling off my upper body and I'm not talking mild i mean to where you can see it like off a hot car in the summer
the only thing i know is that emotion is stronger than the body can contain... we only use 10% of our brain i feel sometimes that the rest is there for emotion/unknown
i find if i pick a new subject and put my interest there (like a hobby) it chills me out...
i like learning but a mechanical skill is just as good

i go with expert for my answer go to see your doctor and explain it what happen. I think you gonna need a neurologist and have some Scanner or Magnetic resonance, it's a simple test for your brain but don't worry maybe it's only something to help you with some medication and your not crazy but it's very important to
go see your doctor, you can't live with that for the rest of your life.
P.S sorry for my bad english but i hope you understand

You seem to have an anger management problem, and I think that you should talk to a professional--maybe the school counselor or someone that they can rec commend. I don't think that what you describe is abnormal--I've e had it too, but you really DO need to get this under control.

You really should see your doctor. It could be a side effect of your medication, it could be small, petit mal seizures, or one of many other things. You definitely don't want this to happen at important times, like if you are driving, etc. Tell your doc what going on.

You have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. You should go to a Psychiatrist and get a prescription for Prozac, which works wonders for this disorder. It is not ADD. Read this site http://www.ptsdalliance.org/
and also http://www.nimh.nih.gov/HealthInformation/ptsdmenu.cfm

Sounds like you get so angry you blackout. Some anger management , counseling or even somekind of medication would be a benefit for you. Look into it before you do something that hurts someone.
