No, it will not if it is whole milk,
but if it is skimmed (that is fat removed from milk) then that will be ok
because 6 packs come out when u have no fat left over your stomach, but that is not medically safe, there should be some fat on your stomach. Be careful, if u r doing it for fun, then leave it.

That really depends on your body.
Not every one distributes their weight the same way.
Some people no matter how hard they work will never obtain the so called six pack.
It's probably more healthy to switch to goats milk or organic soy milk.
And the six pack also requires healthy food and exercise.
But you should first of all check your body-structure.
Get a subscription to a gym with good trainers they should give you a good workout program.
Because if you train your belly you also need to train your back, and they should be able to help you get a balanced diet.
They should also be able to tell you if the six pack is an achievable goal for you.

Sorry, Babe; I just read that this drink milk and lose waist inches did not prove out in tests.
Of course, if you drink a six-pack a day, it will help you with a plan to look like a cow.

Sure, if you make sure it's lowfat or skim milk, exercise at least three times a week, eat foods high in protein, low in carbs, drink lots of water, get lots of sleep and do many abdominal exercises. Otherwise, you're out of luck.
