Discriminating someone based on their race.

Example:
Two men walk in for a job interview. One is white. One is not. the non-white guy has diplomas, certificates, and experience. He would be the most qualified worker for the job. The white guy gets hired.
That is a form of discrimination. The white guy got hired because he was white and the other man was not.
Story goes the same if it's a man and woman and the same situation happens. Except then it's called sexual discrimination.

Yeah this is the wrong category, but I won't bite your head off for it. Basically when someone is racially discriminating, they are labeling someone because of their race. But I assume you know this to some degree.

You're black and you most likely live in the USA.... you should have a complete understanding of the concept.
Racial diversity is part of Canada, so I don't care if you're green or blue. I have a disability. Now that's discrimination!

Politically incorrect=White men dont jump as high as black men.
Discriminating=Treating white people badly because they cant jump as high.
