Do what u would normally do on any other birthday or go to a 18 and over club

Hmmm . . . I see it's only guys who say 'get laid.' That was my first thought too. Perhaps our answers say more about us males than about what you should do. Still, you do have a moment of special leverage if there is someone you are close to that you want to take things to the next level. You can confide in them what you really want . . .
I think: you should do something that celebrates you in your own language. That might mean not having a celebration at all, at least not in the usual sense with other people and maybe alcohol. Maybe it means renting a kayak and going out on the lake alone with your journal and thinking about how far you've come. Or going all-out at a spa and getting an hour long massage and pampering yourself that way. Maybe a party is what you want, but don't do it just because you can't think of anything else or it seems like other people think that.

What do you like to do? What ever it is that you like doing you should go and do. If you have friends that care about you and hang out ith you tell them to think of things that you all can do and go have fun. I remember my 18th b-day. I had to work and didnt have any fun.
So you should go to a movie, or a amusement park. Anything at all, just follow your heart.

buy cigarettes, even if you don't smoke just go buy them for the heck of it! or pull a britney spears, get married and then divorced the next day or so... lol

oh! and go a porn shop! even if you don't buy anything or are not into porn, just for for the heck of it! cigarettes and porn. yup. like a rite of passage thing...
and don't forget to vote on the next election too! well, only if you're going to be a well informed voter, though...

Buy a pack of smokes even if you don't smoke and give them to someone who does lol, or you could buy a lotto ticket thats always fun but don't get addicted!

go out and have fun to clubs and then have a party in a motel or out of town since you can drive and invite all your friends and make it a party
