You shouldn't . Instead ask him to go to see a movie or go for ice cream. Then you will find out.

unless it makes you uncomfortable, but you should. That way, you'll know for sure whether or not he's interested in you and you can go on for there. If he's not, then I'm sorry, but then you'll be able to move on and find someone else. No use dwelling on it forever. It'll either happen or it won't. It's up to you to find out
