Women deal with emotion differently than men. Women who are hurt are truly hurt deep down into the very depths of their souls. It takes a while to heal something that deep. Men on the other hand, are physical beings and have less problems getting over things. It's just the way things are.
So, men, if you like a woman who has been hurt, be patient with her and don't push her. She will come around when she is ready.

wow! i deff no wat u mean i was absolutly in love with this one guy and then things jus ended on a bad note and even tho i still liked him i couldnt tell him that so i jus dremt bout wat it would be like if we were still together.. i think it took me over 7months to get over him and even tho i wasnt fully over him until i met a new guy and i was very iffy about trying everything again because i didnt want to get hurt the second time around.. women i feel when we get hurt we try not to show we r hurt by X-lovers and make it seem like it was no big deal, but when another guy comes along even tho he may have strong feelings 4 u.. i guess some of us put up a wall and dont give our fullselves to them.. (( meaning the guy will never truely see the real u)) and sometimes that makes it hard 4 u to fall 4 the guy too, but i have come to the conclution that if u jus go on with life and put urself out there and dont hold back anything sure u might get hurt in the end but u will gain so much more then u will loose

coz u simply get the lesson and u start blaming urself for the previous relationships and then u 'll suspect every guy who would admire u just because u don't trust him sufficiently , believe me , this has been my main problem for almost 3 years , i push guys out of my life by my ownchoice and at the same time it kills me to be single , i just lost my faith in love unfortunately and i can't get it back but i'm surviving and i believe that my destiny 'll smile to me some day , i just have to be patient and don't rush in coz it 'll definitely come at the right moment ...

the woman is justifiably afraid...I was a jerk and she ended it...we still talk and she knows I love her...she knows I am getting professional help and she is also right to tell me that 'there are no guarantees' about us getting back together once I get my anger issues to be in the past..I love her and I know I hurt her...she has to see that I truly have changed and then it is still her call...I love her and I respect that.

because who really "enjoys" getting hurt in love and theres always that underlying fear of getting hurt again, so it takes a lot to time and trust to fall in love again, but go ahead and try it again, you know it is worth it
