I am one who has sought after the truth in too many dark and ugly places to count. In my youth I was taught "to be a true champion of light one must first explore the darkness." This I did with an almost fanatical zeal, and I learned that love is the only real answer. Not because I found love in the darkness, but because someone reached into the darkness and told me about real love the agape love of God revealed in his son Jesus Christ. Now I try to show other the way out of darkness. I do not attempt to convert anyone, that does not work. When I am asked what has brought this change in me I share my story . I know that trying to force my beliefs on others often only alienates then. I just try to love as I have been loved and forgive as I have been forgiven.

Allrighty then, I'll give it a shot. I'm God's child, a mother of 2 and a wife, I'm a sister and a daughter and the owner of a dog and multiple fish.
So much for the labels.
Character? Okies, the good stuff first. I'm reliable to a fault, on time, steady as a rock during a crises. My friends and family will say that I'm too smart and hard to argue with, mostly because I don't give opinions unless I've actually studied something and understand it enough to give one. They'll tell you that I'm a good mom and my kids are the evidence of that. Because I'm a Christian, I will love you, whether you like it or not, and whether I like it or not. I also know the definition of love and will not allow anyone to run over me or mine.
The bad stuff? In the 2 second period between the time you ask me a question and I answer you with love, I have to fight the sarcasm that comes to mind. To the point that sometimes I have to bite my tongue, literally. If I lose my temper, I'll hurt you, emotionally that is (I'm not much of a fighter, physically). I am lazy and have to fight that constantly.
There, now you know me ... but you don't know me at all, do you?

A Wiccan medievalist (medieval reenacting), a loving mother and wife, a fairly intelligent person from my test scores and what my teachers tell me, a writer, a reader, a webmistress. I'm a person who wants to learn to cook from something other than a box, but I'm scared to. I'm a city girl who loves the country but can't stand to be further from modern conveniences than about twenty minutes. I find the absurd amusing, the over-zealous annoying, and the ignorant sad if they have made no attempt to educate themselves. I'm a cat-lover, a dog-tolerater, and a person who vaguely dislikes birds if I have to live in the same house as them (my grandmother had two annoying ones for the longest time, and it made me dislike staying at her house). I have some control issues, according to my psychologist, in that I want to do everything myself because otherwise it won't be done "right," as well as some vast insecurities that don't show as well on the web. I tend to be more assertive when I'm not face-to-face with someone, just like a lot of people. I am an inattentive-gardener, but I love to look at flowers. I'm a person who balks a bit against authority, but I can't stand to break rules to the point where I get panick attacks if I think I'm in trouble for something.

Who am I? I am somebody who genuinely believes that the human race can become a loving community of sorts, that differences in each other can be looked over, problems worked through without resulting in violence. I believe in living as great a life as you can in the short time we're here, you've only got so long and then before you know it, you're dead.
Who am I? I am an atheist, and I believe a better world is achievable if we work hard enough.

I am a Child of GOD.
The HOLY SPIRIT live's with-in me.
Ive' been filled with the HOLY SPIRIT.
I will never be able to fully answer that question.
As each day goes by I change (just alittle)
The WORD of GOD is responsible for the changing.
The OLD MAN of me died when I got Born-Again
Gotta overcome through JESUS.
Everyday, till we leave.
I AM a Child of GOD.

I was doing a radio show interview one day. The DJ asked me "Who are you?" Before I answered, I asked myself....."Is this guy being deep, or did I walk into the wrong studio???"
